Treat every member with courtesy and respect. Flaming, trolling, harm, hate speech, and direct or indirect threats are not allowed.

Do not intentionally disrupt other players. This includes tagging mobs to deny Ironman kill credit, luring inexperienced players into danger, repeatedly targeting someone, or crashing another player’s activity.

Racist or extremely vulgar usernames, whether on Discord or in-game, are not allowed. Silly names may be permitted at staff discretion.

Impersonating a staff member will result in a ban or other severe punishment.

All payments are final. Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.

Any form of real world trading will result in a permanent ban on all related accounts.

Using alternate accounts to farm, bypass limits, or exploit mechanics is not allowed.

Automation is not allowed. This includes bots, auto-clickers, mouse recorders, macros, or other software that automates gameplay or actions. Violations may result in jail or permanent bans.

Report bugs responsibly. Exploiting bugs or sharing exploits is not allowed. Report them to staff instead.

Do not bypass a mute or ban with alternate accounts or other methods. If you wish to appeal a punishment, open a ticket.

You are responsible for your account security. Features such as a Security PIN are available, but losses caused by account sharing or compromised accounts will not be refunded.

You may participate with one regular account and one Ironman account. Repeat violations may result in jail or bans.
